Deborah Burst
Freelance Writing & Photography
A freelance writer and photographer, Deborah enjoys writing outdoors in the piney woods of
Mandeville, Louisiana. One day it’s the porch swing, another on the back deck, but never far away
from deer grazing in the back woods or hummingbirds fighting over the feeders.
A degree in Media Arts and Business Studies from Tulane University combined with a 30 year
career with Hibernia National Bank and IBM offered the necessary credentials to start Deb's
Freelance Writing and Photography.
